During Curriculum nights (8/12 for 8th grade, the week of 8/19 for all other grades), the Festival Basket Booth will collect donations for baskets from each grade level at St Susanna Parish School! A table will be set up in the parking lot for drop off before and after curriculum night.

There will also be a secondary collection outside of the grade-level baskets.  If someone donates a bottle of non-refridgerated alcohol (wine, liquor, etc), they are entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card

Our PTO is happy to provide a platform for the Festival Basket Booth to reach school families and encourages school families to participate in this Parish-wide event *** 

 

 

 

2024 Basket Themes

 

Kindergarten Basket theme: Arts and Crafts

  Examples:  Markers, pens, colored pencils, crayons, craft paint, construction paper, paint brushes, stamping kit, jewelry kits, small wooden model kits, loom bracelet kit, poster board, gift card to craft store.

 

 

1st Grade Basket theme: Squishmallows!

Examples:  Squishmallows of any size, Ror toys of any sort related to Squishmallows.

 

 

2nd Grade Basket theme: Hot wheels

Examples:  Hot wheels cars, toys of any sort related to hot wheels.  

 

 

3rd Grade Basket theme: Movie Night at Home

Examples:  Boxes of candy and microwave popcorn, DVDs, movie passes, blankets, store gift cards (for DVDs/movie downloads and snacks).

 

 

4th Grade Basket theme: Beach Day

Examples:  Beach towels, sand friendly toys, beach ball, sunglasses, water bottle, beach bag etc 

 

 

5th Grade Basket theme: Spa Day at Home

Examples:  Bubble bath, bath salts, towels, candles, a CD of meditative music, gift card to a local salon and/or for a massage.

 

 

6th Grade Basket theme: Coffee Bar

Examples:  Different varieties of coffee, your favorite coffee creamer or add-in, gift card to your favorite coffee shop.

 

 

7th Grade Basket theme: BBQ

Examples:  BBQ Utensils, themed apron, BBQ rubs and sauces, wireless meat thermometer

 

 

8th Grade Basket theme: Scratch-Off Lottery Ticket Tree

Examples:  Scratch-off lottery tickets of any denomination.
